Sucre
Sucre is the constitutional capital of Bolivia. Officially designated as such in 1997, it houses the country's Supreme Court and other key governmental institutions. While La Paz is Bolivia’s administrative center and largest city, Sucre retains its historical significance as the site of Bolivia's independence declaration.
