Sauteurs is a town located on the Caribbean island of Dominica, situated in St. Patrick parish. The name 'Sauteurs,' derived from the French word meaning 'jumpers,' is associated with historical accounts involving indigenous Kalinago people who allegedly chose to leap from cliffs rather than surrender to European colonization.
