Prussia
A historical kingdom and state in Europe, Prussia was founded in 1525 and became a major power during the 17th and 18th centuries. It played a central role in German unification under Otto von Bismarck in the 19th century. Prussia was formally dissolved after World War I, and its territories were divided among the new Weimar Republic states.
