Cedrus
A genus of coniferous trees in the pine family, native to the mountains of the Mediterranean region and the Himalayas. Cedrus species are known for their tall, straight trunks, broad pyramidal crowns, and aromatic wood. Common species include the Lebanon cedar, deodar cedar, and Atlas cedar.
